ESTIMATES, FEES and CONDITIONS Our debtor exam fees are $250 for the first hour and $99/hr thereafter for actual time used. We require an advance payment as condition for appearing which is YOUR estimate of the reasonable amount of attorney time the examination will require including preparation time.  EXAMPLE: A 2 hour estimate is calculated as $250+99=$349.  That amount is what is required as advance minimum payment. 

PLEASE CONSIDER: When we assign an attorney to attend the examination, you are paying for the attorney time and expertise. The attorney is agreeing to commit to your minimum estimate of time required and to be blocked from accepting any other assignment whether or not the examination lasts that long.

If the examination takes longer than your estimate we will immediately calculate the extra time required and bill you for it.  If there is a parking fee you agree to reimburse it with a receipt as proof.  You agree to pay that balance on receipt of the bill.
